1. We require 100% Downpayment to process your order.
2. Estimated manufacturing time is 1-8 week/s.
3. Unclaimed orders after 60 days will be disposed of accordingly.
PayMongo Payment Instructions
1. A PayMongo payment link will be sent to you within 24 hours upon checkout.
2. Open the link to be redirected to the PayMongo page. From there, you will see the amount that you need to pay and the payment options available.
3. You may pay either through Visa, Mastercard, GCash, GrabPay, 7 Eleven, M Lhuillier, or Coins.ph.
4. A copy of your receipt will be sent to your email once your payment is confirmed.
Shipping
1. No need to pay anything during checkout. Shipping fees will be settled via Cash on Delivery.
2. Once your order is ready, we will ship it via LBC Express.
3. Your order will be delivered directly to your doorstep or you may claim it at any LBC Branch nationwide.
4. For real-time updates, you may track your parcel here: https://www.lbcexpress.com/. Please be informed that upon arrival of your parcel, LBC would collect the shipping fee.
4. Estimated cost of shipping is around PHP 100-250.
5. Parcel usually arrives after 1-3 day/s.
Return Policy
1. Products with defects may be returned and repaired within (5) business days from the receipt of order/s.
2. Shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer.
